Terms of Service
Last updated 20 May 2026
FlightPlan is a scheduling tool, provided as-is and on a best-efforts basis. Use it to build and manage schedules. Don't put patient or other sensitive information into it. The schedule it produces is an aid, and the people who use it stay responsible for the decisions they make with it. These terms protect both you and us, written plainly.
1What FlightPlan is
FlightPlan is a physician on-call scheduling tool. It helps you generate, view, and manage call schedules and shift trades. It is not a medical records system, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment.
2Your account
Access to FlightPlan is invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity that happens under your account. Please do not share your credentials.
3Acceptable use
Do not enter patient health information, clinical records, or other sensitive personal data into FlightPlan. It is a scheduling tool, not a place for protected health information. Use it lawfully, and only for its intended purpose: managing physician schedules.
4The schedule is a tool, not a decision
FlightPlan generates schedules to assist you. Reviewing them, approving them, and any staffing or clinical decisions made from them remain the responsibility of your organization and its physicians. Always verify a schedule before relying on it. Treat it as a well-informed draft, not a final authority.
5Connected services
If you connect Google Calendar or any other outside service, that service has its own terms and privacy policy. FlightPlan is not responsible for those services, and connecting them is your choice.
6Availability
We work hard to keep FlightPlan running, but it is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted.
7Provided “as is”
FlightPlan is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be error-free or suited to every situation.
8Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2 Innovations is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of FlightPlan, including scheduling errors, missed or mis-assigned shifts, data loss, or downtime. You use FlightPlan at your own discretion, and remain responsible for verifying its output.
9Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. The current version is always posted here with its date. Continued use of FlightPlan after a change means you accept the updated terms.
